Purchased the Coleman Bestway 18′ X 4′ pool. After two weeks of use the pump broke. More than three weeks waiting for pump replacement under warranty. Not able to get in contact with anyone via phone. Went thru website! Unable to find replacement pump for purchase. Finally took pool down and returned for full refund to store. Not happy with Bestway! Will never purchase a product from them again. Pumps are cheap plastic! Very disappointed after spending a great deal of money on pool, sand, preparing yard for pool setup, pool toys, pool supplies to maintain pool water, chlorine container, 7500 gallons of wasted water, labor, etc. Huge expense and ended up with no pool. Every where I checked I could not find another pump to fit this pool and replace it. Bestway said I would receive new pump in 7-10 days. Had to send them copies of warranty, copies of receipts for pool purchase, pictures of broken pump pieces and pump and wait to get approval. Got approval then pump never shipped after more than two weeks so returned pool.
